David Nofoaluma, an NRL star, is considering a move to the Super League after being released from the Wests Tigers.
The club acknowledged this in a statement yesterday [Tuesday, January 23rd], and the winger is allegedly set to receive $300,000 upon his departure.
Despite this, the winger remains eager in joining a new club, and it was evident after his release that he would be connected with Super League clubs. Warrington Wolves and Salford Red Devils have quota spots available.

Salford even need a winger having lost Ken Sio and Joe Burgess. Nofoaluma would be the ideal replacement and is exploring a move to Super League.
So, could we soon see the winger in the UK with either Salford or Warrington in 2024 or an NRL club could make a move for him but one club has ruled themselves out despite having space on their roster and an injury concern to address.
NRL exploring move to Super League
With Corey Allan of the St George Illawarra Dragons suffering a season-ending ACL injury, the Dragons still has some roster spots available, but they will not show any interest in signing recently terminated winger David Nofoaluma.
David Nofoaluma, who has been with the Tigers since 2013, had a tumultuous last 24 months at the club. On Tuesday, he was finally terminated by mutual consent.
Although he could have appeared in front of a board meeting on Wednesday evening over two recent breaches, he instead chose to accept a $300,000 payout for the remaining two years of his contract.
As a result, the winger is now a free agent late in the pre-season. It is believed that he will explore his options in both the NRL and the English Super League according to Zero Tackle.
