In January, South Carolina, North Carolina State University, and Duke University all got visits.
He is the son of Thomas Davis, a former NFL Draft first-round choice and Pro Bowl linebacker who spent 16 years in the NFL, 14 of them with the Carolina Panthers. He went to Georgia for college.
Davis recorded 92 tackles (13.5 tackles for loss, including one sack) and seven quarterback hurries in 16 games as a sophomore last season. He broke up eight passes, intercepted one, and caused a fumble. Davis also enjoys basketball and track.
In prior interviews, he indicated that he intends to attend the same college as his twin cousins, Weddington defensive lineman Aiden and Drew Harris, all of whom are Class of 2026. We haven’t confirmed it yet, but both Harrises are likely to attend Clemson’s junior day.
In recent days, 2026 Composite five-star cornerback Samari Matthews of Cornelius (N.C.) Hough, offensive tackle Ekene Ogboko of Durham (N.C.) South Garner, and wide receiver Brody Keefe of Charlotte (N.C.) Myers Park all declared on social media their intentions to attend Clemson on March 9.
