The NFL is holding league meetings over the next four days. The Detroit Lions’ rule change request, which would grant teams a third challenge if they won one of the first two (rather than both, as before), was approved by a vote on Monday.
Otherwise, the league calendar is currently in between the teeth of free agency and the April draft. There are some significant free agents still available, and the Lions may have an opportunity to address a new level of need at cornerback following the terrible event with Cameron Sutton. Time will tell if anything significant occurs there or elsewhere in free agency.

ESPN released their post-free agency 2024 power rankings on Monday morning. The two-time defending champion Kansas City Chiefs are unquestionably number one, but the Lions are ranked second.
