The Atlanta Braves finally got back in the win column after a 6-3 win at Camden Yards. The Braves ultimately dropped the series, but Thursday afternoon’s win snapped the club’s five game skid.
Reynaldo López turned in another successful start, throwing six innings of scoreless ball. He struck out eight and surrendered a base on balls. He now leads the majors in ERA with a 1.69.
The lackluster offense showed some signs of life, as the Braves tallied 12 hits, five of them for extra bases.
Up next, the Braves return to Truist Park where they will host the Tampa Bay Rays for a three game set.
