HOUSTON – The rightful owner of two costly canines is distraught and wants them returned.
After seeing the video, it’s clear why Lorraine Herrera, the woman who discovered the French Bulldogs, trusted the woman claiming to own the dogs.”My puppies are my babies. “Why did you leave us?” the woman says through tears on the Ring camera video.”She was quite happy. She cried. “She was shaking and got out of the car all excited,” Herrera explained. “I felt very thrilled for her. “Great, she found her dogs!”
Herrera felt like a hero for 24 hours, but everything changed when she discovered the two French Bulldogs roaming in her Tomball neighborhood belonged to her neighbor, Joseph Caccamo.

“I’ve raised them both since they were puppies,” Caccamo explained. “I’ve got to tell you they’re my whole world.”Rex and Maximus have a doggy door that allows them to enter and exit whenever they choose.
They took fled last week after slipping through a gate hole.
“I gathered them up. “I put them in my garage, hoping someone would come look for them,” Herrera added.
