I hope this letter finds you well. As I sit down to write this, I find myself filled with gratitude, respect, and a deep sense of pride for being part of such an incredible team, a prestigious program, and a supportive fan base. It is a privilege to wear the LSU jersey, and I want to take a moment to reflect on the journey we’ve shared, the challenges we’ve faced, and the future that lies ahead.
Walker, first and foremost, I want to acknowledge the incredible competitor that you are. From day one, you’ve shown that you’re not only a talented athlete, but a student of the game, and a person who leads by example. I admire your work ethic, your commitment, and your desire to improve every single day. I have no doubt that your path here at LSU will continue to be filled with success, and I look forward to seeing what the future holds for you both on and off the field.
As for the LSU Tigers community, we are more than just a football team. We are a family—one that includes coaches, players, fans, and alumni, all of whom share a deep passion for this program and for the values it represents. This community has supported me from the moment I arrived, and I’m incredibly grateful for the encouragement, the lessons learned, and the lifelong connections I’ve made along the way. To our incredible fan base, thank you for showing up, for filling Tiger Stadium, and for making Baton Rouge the electric atmosphere that it is. You are the heartbeat of this program, and your unwavering support pushes us to strive for greatness.
The road we’ve traveled has not always been easy. Every season comes with its own set of challenges, whether it’s injuries, tough losses, or moments of uncertainty. But what sets LSU apart is the resilience we’ve shown time and time again. We know that no matter the circumstance, we are united in our pursuit of excellence.
