The band is also planning to invite guest artists and former members to appear at select shows throughout the tour. Mick Box hinted that “a few old friends” may join them onstage, fueling speculation about appearances from classic-era musicians and even special tribute moments.
THE BAND REFLECTS ON A HISTORIC JOURNEY
With over 25 studio albums, more than 45 million records sold, and an influence spanning five decades and countless genres, Uriah Heep remains one of the most respected bands in rock history. Alongside Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, and Led Zeppelin, they helped define the very architecture of British hard rock and early metal.
Speaking about the band’s decision to step off the road, lead vocalist Bernie Shaw said:
“This isn’t a sad farewell. It’s a victory lap. It’s a chance to play our hearts out one more time, for every fan who ever sang our songs, raised their hands, or passed on the music. We want to go out on top, and this is how we do it.”
FUTURE PLANS: NEW LIVE ALBUM & DOCUMENTARY
To commemorate their farewell, Uriah Heep will release a live album and tour documentary titled “The Final Salute: A Journey Through Time” in late 2026. The film will offer behind-the-scenes access to the farewell tour, interviews with past and present members, and never-before-seen archival footage spanning their entire career.
Additionally, the band has hinted that while touring will end, recording and special one-off performances remain possible, leaving the door slightly open for future creative projects.
THE LEGACY CONTINUES
As Uriah Heep gears up to take their final tour around the world, the love and respect for their music burns brighter than ever. For fans, this is not just a farewell to a band—it’s a tribute to a lifetime of memories, riffs, anthems, and the brotherhood of rock.
Mick Box closed the announcement with a message directly to fans:
“To all the Heepsters around the world—you gave us a life beyond our wildest dreams. Let’s make this last tour unforgettable. Let’s make it magic.”
