Ali Lauitiiti, a club veteran, has recently became the new chaplain for the One New Zealand Warriors while also beginning his own endeavor, Kofe Bro, a mobile coffee cart business. What began as a family side hustle quickly became a passion project and a fixture at the Go Media Stadium parking lot, with Kofe Bro mixing Lauitiiti’s love of coffee with the opportunity to engage with his kids. It’s a great thing for me and my family to bond over, but being associated with the Warriors in my new work has allowed me to cross the two hobbies on occasion,…

Ken Rosenthal of the Athletic reports that the Brewers are accepting trade offers for much of their squad. Although most clubs, especially those in smaller markets, follow that routine, Rosenthal speculates that Milwaukee might be more open to dealing big players this offseason than they have been in the past. During the previous offseason, reports suggest that Milwaukee informed teams that they had no interest in trading Willy Adames, Corbin Burnes, or Brandon Woodruff. This time, it doesn’t seem like they’re being quite as firm. However, that does not ensure that any of those players will be moving. In any…

The Detroit Lions discovered a terrific edge rusher in Aidan Hutchinson, but have failed for two seasons to find a dependable pass rusher to compliment him. According to one source, the organization could want to sign a veteran who recently had his greatest season with the Buffalo Bills. Jared Ramsey of the Detroit Free Press analyzed the team’s offseason needs, saying that the Lions struggled to defend the pass and provide consistent pressure to opposing quarterbacks. Ramsey proposed that the Lions target edge rusher Leonard Floyd, who had double-digit sacks with the Bills in 2023. Lions Add Experience to Pass…

The Milwaukee Brewers started the offseason with three star players in their final year of team control. Corbin Burnes, Brandon Woodruff, and Willy Adames were the names of the players. After non-tendering Woodruff in November and moving Burnes to the Baltimore Orioles, it appears like GM Matt Arnold has placed Adames on the trading block. Willy Adames has been made available through trade by the Milwaukee Brewers. In a notebook, Bob Nightengale writes, “The Milwaukee Brewers are letting teams know that shortstop Willy Adames is available now.” Matt Arnold also commented on the Burnes deal, stating that he was “more…

Are the Milwaukee Brewers planning to tear it down? Trading former Cy Young winner Corbin Burnes to the Baltimore Orioles indicates that they intend to shake things up. Another clue is that Willy Adames, who was previously unavailable for trade, is suddenly on the market. The Brewers recently signed first baseman Rhys Hoskins and still have Christian Yelich, but selling Burnes is a clear indication that they want to reload. According to USA TODAY Sports’ Bob Nightengale, the next step could be to trade Adames. Nightengale writes: “The Milwaukee Brewers are informing teams that shortstop Willy Adames is available now…
